VIA TADINO – MILAN

The apartment is located in Milan, in Porta Venezia neighborhood. The project consists in few, simple, gestures. The wall dividing the living room from the kitchen has been demolished; the bedroom has been separated from the rest of the flat with a steel-and-glass wall, which allow the light to filter inside the distribution spaces. The transition between kitchen and living room has been highlighted bringing the structural elements of the building (beam and pillar) to his original material: reinforced concrete. The only added materials are glass, steel and new tiles for the kitchen floor.
