The challenge of the project is to deal with the redevelopment of the square with simple gestures that are keeping the existing, complex, volumes, but at the same time to twist and give a new visual perception of the spaces. The gesture aims to embrace the various elements in one homogeneous organism. Black and white tiles are the only material used and they cover indiscriminately every vertical and horizontal surface, creating a solid object inserted between the tight urban fabric of Calitri.
